Overall - it was a good experience. 10-15 minutes from the Calgary airport.

Liked: Room was clean. Front desk team was friendly and helpful (though I wonder if first impressions could be stepped up by a little more formal attire ). The shuttle driver who picked me up was exceptionally friendly, warm and yet professional (he is originally from Thailand - he should get a raise). Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Laundry basket heaped high in the hallways - difficult to get by with my own luggage. Coffee packs were not replaced daily. Laundry rooms were wide open to anyone walking by - seemed unprofessional.

Disliked: The blanket has a three-layer design, but it's not properly secured, causing the outer fabric to shift significantly. In the end, the down filling is exposed, and it feels uneven and disconnected, as if it has lost its structural integrity.and there is no airport shuttle bus.
