Overall - it was a good experience. 10-15 minutes from the Calgary airport.

Liked: Room was clean. Front desk team was friendly and helpful (though I wonder if first impressions could be stepped up by a little more formal attire ). The shuttle driver who picked me up was exceptionally friendly, warm and yet professional (he is originally from Thailand - he should get a raise). Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Laundry basket heaped high in the hallways - difficult to get by with my own luggage. Coffee packs were not replaced daily. Laundry rooms were wide open to anyone walking by - seemed unprofessional.

Liked: the employees from management down to house keepers were great the whole week, even with the pool area closed. The breakfasts were very good as well.
Disliked: If bookings.com would have done a better job and found out that they were shutting down the pool area for a month of renovations when I booked it so I could have picked a hotel with a working hot tub for the week.

Horrible and stressful

Disliked: They charged me even though I dont need to pre-pay before my stay. Its been almost a month already and still didnt get any refunds.
