Overall - it was a good experience. 10-15 minutes from the Calgary airport.

Liked: Room was clean. Front desk team was friendly and helpful (though I wonder if first impressions could be stepped up by a little more formal attire ). The shuttle driver who picked me up was exceptionally friendly, warm and yet professional (he is originally from Thailand - he should get a raise). Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Laundry basket heaped high in the hallways - difficult to get by with my own luggage. Coffee packs were not replaced daily. Laundry rooms were wide open to anyone walking by - seemed unprofessional.

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: The clerk at the desk had so much cologne on it gave me a instant headache. It was disgusting, I get wearing a small amount but this guy was soaked in it. The whole lobby stunk. When we came down to go for dinner it was a wall of scent and we were not close to the desk. From the stairs to the door.

Liked: Nothing to like here.
Disliked: Book a room 3 weeks prior. Asked the hotel via app to adjust the date. They replied to it and made the changes..upon arrival, the front desk guy( indian guy with glasses) informed that it didnt went through. Although the was completely paid. Called booking.com and still the front desk guy didnt handle the situation properly. So we end up getting a new hotel booking. I will never ever go back to this hotel.

Disliked: The room seemed to be on a slant because the bedside table drawer wouldn't stay closed and the glass shower door would not stay open. Also, the seams if the wall paper were lifting and starting to peel.
