Fair for the price, but...

Liked: Close to airport, was able to accommodate a last minute reservation for same day
Disliked: While I can appreciate them remodeling to bring hotel and rooms up to date, maybe not put people on same floor that’s being remodeled. The paint smell was strong and the workers were painting and working late on doing repairs with the doors open late into the night. I could hear the noises from the workers after 10 pm and I was trying to sleep with an early flight out at 6 am from CLE for the next day. Additionally, the room we were put in was right behind the hotel logo sign so the room was pretty bright. That room has a blind that was too short and it didn’t really block out the light from the sign. It felt like daytime even in the middle of the night in the room. They should put up a black out blind in that room for guests staying there. Lastly, the shower was clog with hair. I had to lift the shower floor tray to get to the drain to grab a huge chunk of hair from the trap. For a 24 hour stay, it’s Not my job to clean after previous hotel guests. On a side note, beds are not comfortable and pillows are really small for whatever reason. Like the 2 pillow I had on the bed, it’s like they cut a normal bed pillow in half.
