Liked: Reception and staff friendly, polite, well dressed, the proximity to the airport is a bonus, and the shuttle bus is one less thing to worry about. The room was above my expectations, more hotels should use this hotel as a benchmark for service and comfort.
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike about this hotel, my only comment would that the minibar fridge in my room was not cold enough for my liking.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and food was good. ideal location for the airport. good shuttle service. Pleasant was the addition of complimentary extras in the room. For example: teeth cleaning and shaving kits etc.
Disliked: The room did not have a good noise insulation from the outside corridor - mainly due to the entry door to the room having a lot of gaps around it. Also it was tricky to keep room temperature comfortable as air-con blew strait into one's head while sleeping.
