Good

Liked: This hotel has a great location right on the river. Our room was comfortable and large. Good and plentiful breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel seems a little worn in general. While it's comfortable, for the price of the room the facilities could use a fresh coat of paint and a general facelift.

Mint hotel

Liked: We love the Adams Inn. Second time we've stayed here when we've come to Boston. The staff are super helpful, and the facilities are clean and comfortable.The Adams Pub attached is a great place to watch the Celtics with a glass of Sam, we were even invited to Joe's karaoke on the sat night but couldn't go as we had to be up early for our flight.
Disliked: My only complaint is the gym is poorly equipped. Hotel gyms generally are a bit rubbish, but there isn't even have a decent set of dumbbells!Also, parking used to be free, but is now $10 a night, which we were not forewarned about.

Disliked: Asked for a wake up call for 5am that never came. This was arranged the night before with desk clerk as well as a taxi for 5:30. When we arrived at lobby for taxi at 5:30 desk clerk advised us that the taxi company would not come until we were actually in the lobby and then the desk clerk could call as the taxis were ALL stationed in Boston and they would not come out unless we were in lobby. When one looks up the taxis on google there were several listed for Quincy and talking to another taxi driver he said this was not true that prearranged taxis happen all the time. We also stayed October 11-12 and was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was fuzzies on radiator which I drew the attention to front clerk upon discharge. Our taxi this time arrived as prescheduled the night before by desk clerk.
