Liked: For an old motel, it was good and clean. The bed was comfortable and they supply your toiletries. My only complaint is there was an acid type odor that I think was coming from the air conditioner but it wasn’t offensive. Front desk was very friendly.
Disliked: They took a $75.00 refundable deposit from us. Two seniors with no kids or pets. Not sure what that was about.

Rip off, go elsewhere

Disliked: They put me in a rat hole of a room and have charged me close to 200 dollars for 1 night. Drive past this rip off. They must have paid people for the good reviews. What a rip off. Disputing my charge and will be repeating this review until these leaches remove the outrageous charge.

Liked: Not much. First, the shower had a used bar of soap in the soap dispenser. Secondly, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers. The ice maker was not working and had to go to office to get some ice. The next morning, I went to the office at 5:40 am asking for ice and was told I had to come back
Disliked: in 20 minutes if I wanted ice. I returned at 6 am and was told where the ice was, and I removed some ice from a cooler in a back room. The entry door seals were not good allowing air to come in. You could see thru the bottom of the door at the threshold area and the right bottom side of the door. Need to replace the door seals. I sat in the chair at the desk and felt it was going to break, and I only weigh 185. I've stayed at another Best Western in Georgia and there was no comparison. There will not be a return visit to this hotel.
