Rooms neat and clean; staff courteous; parking great for handicapped first floor.

Liked: Parking access to room; cleanliness overall; comfortable beds.
Disliked: Toilets too low for today's travelers.

Disliked: Front desk staff did not tell e they were charging me an additional nights stay when I checked out early.

Disliked: Room smelled like cat pee. Used deodorant spray to cover oder.

Disliked: If not coming to from the highway, GPS, takes you around the back and you have to go by a pretty run down motel and the gate was blocking off the entrance to get to Best Western. We got a room with two double beds and the one bed.If you didn't prop a pillow in front of you or behind you, you'd roll off the side.
