Liked: The breakfast choices are excellent and all the staff are very attentive.
Disliked: I hope that refurbishment of the hotel doesn't take away the character by replacing everything

Liked: staff were nice room was good breakfast good walking distance to city good car parking good
Disliked: the evening meals and service let you down. first meal giant coucous was ordered no coucous to be seen as it was the main ingrediant I find it quite amazing. second evening meal fish and chips we waited 1hr and 15 min other guest where served before us and they ordered after us when it came the fish had been in the fryer to long and way to many chips. I can guess the you where short staffed your member of staff behind the bar did not know how to work the till properly more training needed.
