Liked: The room was so clean. The breakfast products were of a good quality.
Disliked: My only comment is that I don't think that the hotel should have a 4 star rating. I would rather give it a 3 star rating.

Liked: Rooms were nice and big and everything very clean. Its a nice hotel and the breakfast was wonderful. Great value for money.
Disliked: The room was located in the front of hotel so could not even look out the windows and the road noise during night was loud so I would suggest the river facing rooms with a nice view. We booked the hotel because of the car charger but they only had the Italian plugs and no adapters, you could use their cable for 50 euro deposit but had to pay cash and we hardly have cash on us. We dont understand why because you have our credit card details. That meant we had to go sit in a car park 22:00 at night to charge.

Liked: Hotel is perfectly located. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast exceeded our expectations and the whole staff was very nice.
Disliked: Rooms are quite small, especially single ones. In a double room, shower holder was broken and it was impossible to set the angle of the shower.Private parking lot is also small so it is better to book a spot in advance. Parking is located alongside busy street so be careful when leaving in the morning.

Disliked: Bathroom needs renovation definitely NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL BATHROOM There shouldn’t be an, “office counter ceiling” in a 4 Star Hotel. Bedrooms doors open outwards into a narrow hallway , if two opposite rooms are opening the doors simultaneously, no one can walk through the hallway. I made a reservation months ahead of visit, requested two adjacent rooms in writing, they reply to call a week prior to remind but there wouldn’t be any issue. I called a week prior and they say there shouldn’t be any problems. I showed up and THERE WERE NO TWO ADJACENT ROOMS. That was a main condition, I would have changed structure should I have known this in advanced. This was cheating in my opinion. Finally they should put in the bedrooms coffee machine also some “Decaf”.A little hard to find free parking unless you want to pay extra.
