Liked: Desk guy was great; very personable.
Disliked: Key did not work on the dead bolt. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Black mold in the shower (ceiling and drain), the drain had no cap, so you could easily hurt yourself if not paying attention. Booked a non smoking room, but nicotine stains and residue were all over the electronics and air conditioner. The air conditioner had car air fresheners (3 of them) on it. The heat was on even though the thermostat was off. I definitely wouldn't brush my teeth with tap water there. There's too much to reflect on. At least there were no bed bugs (believe me, I checked). I realize this isn't a 5 star hotel, but basic cleanliness should be adhered to in my opinion.

Disliked: Bed was supposed to be a queen, was a double. Advertised as a smoking room, no smoking was allowed. Mold on the shower ceiling. Only one lamp in the room besides the bathroom light.

Disliked: The whole experience was terrible. One of the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. We ended up not staying. Old used soap in shower, broken furniture, burned marks in carpet, something splashed all of mirror, chunks of carpet missing ,burned marks in blankets, moldy AC, not to mention other things. Place needs tore down. Working on a refund. Your pictures on line are very fake. Can't be from this hotel. We will never book there again

Liked: The floor looked new. Did not have bed bugs. Towels and sheets smelled good. Had nice water pressure, and the water did not have any oder to it. Ac worked amazing
Disliked: The refrigerator had 3 containers of food left from who knows when. I requested non smoking, it smelled like someone had, and they tried to cover it with cleaning supply, it was a very strong fake limon smell that gave me a headache, and made me nauseous. ( i bought air freshener and sprayed the room down every morning and night and kept the door open in the morning when packing the car for the day to delute the smell in the room and made it tolerable for the last 2 nights I called a week in advance and asked if there was a coffee pot in the room, the woman who answered said all the rooms had brand new coffee pots, there was not one. The TV had 2 remotes. One worked the volume the other changed channels, was very had for my dad to figure out. The pillows were flat blanket was thin, I had to go buy a blanket for my dad to use as we were there for 3 nights. The bathroom door would not shut looked like it had been kicked in ( room 14) so my dad stuck a Gatorade bottle lid in the hole so that we were able to have privacy for the three days stay. One of the nights at 2:30ish am a car came in to the parking lot blaring music and the people talked out side for a bit before going in to a room and making a lot of load thuding sounds. No one ever came to clean the rooms, make the beds, take out trash, or add toilet paper ( we did run out the last morning) or change out the towels/washcloths. could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 30 min the one day and no one was in the office when we checked out, even though it says someone is there at all times. So was impossible to get more. There was some weird hooks hanging from the ceiling in one spot as well that, I was confused, curious, and made me a little uneasy. The smoke alarm was not there, however thru the night it sounded like I could hear one making that chirping sound when they want new battery's. The night stand drawer was broken. The one lamp was broken held together with foam and tape?
