Liked: The staff was nice and the location
Disliked: It was dirty, the bed had hairs and food crumbs, I paid for a suite and it was 1 bunk beds and 2 beds in one room with barely space to walk(to the bunk beds)

Not what we were expecting.

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Room was very old, not remodeled as the web page described. Others staying around us were extremely loud at 2am, beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillows were thin and hard. Not worth what we paid for sure! Though the front desk people were very friendly and nice. Also booked expecting daily breakfast which there wasn’t. Very deceptive advertising. Won’t be staying there again.

Disliked: One of our rooms had to be change because the original was full of industrial fans, drying what seemed like a wet carpet. Unfortunately we had bed bug bites at the end of our stay. Two of us ended up in the hospital from how bad they got. Been here in the past and can truly said the place is not the same anymore.

The hotel was nice need...

Liked: Rooms were clean and walking distance from knots berry farm and the heated pool
Disliked: Nicer carpet newer pillows
