Terrible and disappointing

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: Environment was loud and frightening. Was awoken multiple times to noises in other rooms and people screaming / vehicle engines revving outside. Room was freezing cold. Mattress was stained and I woke up with bites on my body.
