Wonderful place to stay. Great...

Liked: Sydney checked us in and was very polite, friendly, and informative. She recommended a restaurant in the neighborhood that was within walking distance. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We returned to our room, which was nice and quiet, and decorated so cool-and enjoyed a good snooze. We would definitely stay there again, if we are in nReno.
Disliked: Nothing. It exceeded our expectations.

Liked: Location was amazing! Loved the way it was designed
Disliked: Room was not ready at check in time, room was not very clean (hairs all over the bed, stained sheets, sticky substance on the floor, cup water marks in the bathroom, shower was clogged and sink sprayed out sideways) despite telling them these issues at check in, they offered me a free $10 parking which one of the nights, couldn’t even park as all of the spots were full. I paid for a bigger suite and upon check in was told I only booked a regular standard room. The lady working did refund me for the difference but honestly not offering any type of compensation with a dirty room and late check in was disappointing.

Liked: Smartly modernized motel which was comfortable and in a vibe location in Reno’s midtown.
Disliked: The hot water took a long time to get to the right temp.
