Not happy

Liked: Stayed in suite with spa. Had ac on during the first day and when returned to room the room was flooded. AC leaked. Had to use towels and reception closed. So no spa or shower as no towels. Fridge very noisy. Moved room. NEXT DAY But asked for compensation and no apology and offered a free coffee voucher REALLY !!! 390 a day for that. Not happy with response from reception when booked out. Free coffee WOW

Liked: Very large rooms, comfortable large beds. We had a continental breakfast good selection of food. Extremely clean motel.

Home away from home

Liked: Attending a wedding as a solo guest with tight time schedule; my room was ready in time allowing me to relax and enjoy my surroundings. I had a large spa suite, and had my coffee on my verandah watching the morning come to life before enjoying an amazing complimentary buffet breakfast. Opposite the Berry Donut van and an easy walk into town, this place is perfect.
