Liked: I brought my best friend her to celebrate her birthday!The place was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and roomy. I love that it was close to shopping.The workers were friendly.
Disliked: I drifted off to sleep after a long day of shopping, good food, a hot shower, and a comfortable bed. No sooner than I fell asleep; I was awakened by stomps and bumps from overhead. This went on for at least an hour before I had to call the front desk for assistance.After about another hour, I contacted the front desk again. I was told that they didn't hear anything when she investigated. I asked that she come to my room to listen. She did, and finally, after more than 2 hours, I was able to get some peace and quiet.It cost me $207 for a single night here. I was not offered to be accomadated in any way for my more than 2 hour inconvenience. A. NeelyCols., Ohio
