Liked: Cleaning staff was very responsive and kind . Norma in particular is a gem . Front desk was not very welcoming and rude at times. It doesn't cost anything to smile. This is a longstanding complaint by several guests and needs to be addressed.Location was good, and not as noisy as you would expect.
Disliked: See comments above. Desk staff needs a class on customer service . Billing was not itemized and I have no idea if I was charged a deposit or not.Btw, I was there for my only child's funeral and stayed for 10 days. I should have been made to feel more welcome as it was my home away from home during the worst time in my life. You are not doing the Public a favor by letting us stay at your property - rather we are doing You a favor by patronizing your business and paying for your services. Try smiling.

Liked: all was well, and we were lucky to get one of the only 5 parking slots.....nice that Denny's and a Macdonald's are virtually across the street....
Disliked: More coffee packets in the room. would be nice.
