It was a good experience....

Liked: It was a good experience. When we entered the room - the room turned out to be so small. The bed was small - there was no way my husband and I could fit in there, and his legs even more so. And on top of that, we were with a child. When we went downstairs - the administrator could not do anything, he could not change the situation. Although according to the Booking conditions we have the conditions to raise our room level, but this hotel did not help us. We asked for an additional children's bed - they said they did not have it, we asked for an additional sofa - they refused us again. We had to suffer all night. This vacation and the surprise from my husband to stop and spend the evening in Miami was spoiled by the conditions of this hotel. Moreover, when we checked into the room during the day - the air conditioner was working properly and it was comfortable in the room. But when we returned home at 9 pm - the air conditioner did not turn on. And we suffered all night in the stuffiness and heat. We opened the windows, but it did not help us - because it was hot outside. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR VACATION. YOU CAN SPOIL YOUR ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AND MOOD

Disliked: The check in process was very slow, It wasted my 30 mins in lobby whereas I should be using that time on beach.There were about 5 staff but everyone was working on one customer checkin

Perfect for a weekend stay!✨

Liked: The location is absolutely perfect ✨All of the staff were amazingly helpful and nice!It was clean and good smell, nice shower and not too big.The pool deck was gorgeous!
Disliked: Nothing big to complain about, other than noises outside the room easily got in the room and the noise from the fridge was loud:/
