The hotel is welcoming, clean...

Liked: The location of this hotel is amazing. 1 minute walk to Queensway high street with an abundance of restaurants and bars.
Disliked: The bathroom was small.

Liked: The location was central. Hotel near restaurants and shops. Close to the tube. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was a bit dated. Shower curtain was awkward. A wet room would help given the size of the bathroom.

A fabulous hotel in a...

Liked: Location, comfortable bed, amazing restaurant
Disliked: reception staff, damp in bedroom, stains on carpet, hurt foot on raised corner tile under toilet (dangerous). Upgrade to room 22 for my partners 60th birthday (was expecting a better room)

Liked: Location was great with 2 tube station nearby. Staff were very hefiendland room was clean and bed was comfy.

Enjoyable

Liked: Very clean and muslim friendly as its nearby halal eatery
Disliked: Lots of stairs..very difficult to move around with big luggage but yeah..
