Decent stay but way overrated...

Liked: The bathroom is really nice all new and they do come and clean it every day which is also very lovely. The house is really nice vibe. The family owning the place is polite.
Disliked: I had a horrible experience surviving at 7 AM and no one was there so I had to wait in the freezing cold and find a place to leave my luggage. No one was answering the bell or the messages. It’s a hotel or so I thought. Imagine my surprise when I found out that they actually live there. They just didn’t even wanna open the door. The supposed charm is that it’s a family run business, but don’t call it a Hotel when it’s just a house and it misleads people. The reason that I book hotels is because I want to have the full service with the luggage at any time with the reception. This was not the case, and he was not clear. The bed is not comfortable. It’s a tiny mattress. Very uncomfortable and kept falling off.Somehow, my room is called a budget room even though I paid more than €150 a night. I don’t understand how this place is rated as of my booking something like a nine and it’s at most an 8

Liked: The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Would be great to have also a coffee option in addition to tea in the room and more milk available

Liked: All the hotel employees were nice.
Disliked: Floors were not really cleaned in the bedroom. The bed had a mattress topper that as soon as I entered the room was not set up properly, it was not really comfortable as well but this is personal.

Exceptional

Liked: The location of the hotel is quite close to the historical center. The family which is managing the hotel is very nice and ready to help you with your navigation in the city. The building itself has the history which is described in the room's instruction book. These details make you feel like you are staying not in a generic brand hotel but something more special and closer to the guest.
