Liked: Staff excellent. Room lovely and spacious. Outstanding breakfast. Great central location. Would highly recommend this hotel. Definitely would return.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: The room was far too hot and the bedspread not clean, the breakfast wasn't very nice.

Okay location. Comfortable beds.

Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable, only around 25 minute walk from 3Arena. 24/7 reception staff was nice. Room quite large.
Disliked: Wasn’t the cleanest. Check in took a while. Only basics, for the price there should have been more in the room.
