Disliked: Upon arrival at the motel, I used the pin number to access the safe to get the room keys but was unable to access this. I used the phone (freephone) to obtain the room key but was informed that there was a bond payment of $206 required before I could get a key to my booked and paid for. This bond requirement was not mentioned before! I have never been asked for a bond payment. As a registered disabled solo traveller, I was and am very unimpressed. At the end of speaking to 4 different people (operators), I was informed that without the bond payment, I could not have access to the room. I was left with the only option of sleeping in my car. I made this booking to attend a funeral the following morning (Saturday 10 am). However, the last operator I spoke to informed me that the room fee would be refunded, but as yet, this hasn't happened. I am very disappointed.
