Good value but attitude of...

Liked: Price very reasonable
Disliked: Manager thought all guests had checked in and we were at the wrong hotel. Took some time to explain the situation that we had called ahead and confirmed our late arrival.

Comfortable and did the job.

Liked: Very central location, was within walking distance to a number of places like the rsl club.
Disliked: No milk for my tea! I didn’t want to buy a whole carton just for a cuppa each day, and it stated there was milk available (small carton) in the fridge. The trucks were quite noisy at night but we had been warned about it which was great. Shower water ran only cold in the first day in one of our rooms but was fine the next day.

Comfortable

Liked: Location was great. Staff were friendly which was great. Very nice people. Bed comfort and clean place.
Disliked: No power point or usb connection close to office desk. We had a very damp towel rolled as if new for us to use. The place is very dated.

Liked: Close proximity to the centre of Coffs Harbour. Room was neat and tidy and staff were friendly.
Disliked: The TV in the room was a bit difficult to use. Couldn’t log onto Kayo account to watch sports.
