Wonderful mountain stay

Liked: Very cozy and comfortable. Ginger was a wonderful host.
Disliked: We loved everything about the property. You have to be aware that it is on the top of a mountain so you will have to drive a bit to the nearest restaurant and town. The rooms have soaking tubs and for my older parents it was a little difficult for them to get in and out of the shower.

Liked: The view and location is amazing. The owners are really friendly and the area is beautiful and there is for sure a lot to see.

Wonderful lodge in the Appalachians

Liked: Wonderful Lodge near Roanoke, David and Ginger were great hosts. The common room is extremely cozy and was great for some reading after a day of hiking.

Liked: Beautiful property with views like no other! Hosts are lovely—very welcoming. It felt like we were visiting with friends. Comfortable and nicely updated. Our small dog was in heaven.
