A nice hotel in Achen

Liked: Very nice hotel, located close to Aachen main station. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was rich with a lot of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Maybe the ratio quality/cost can be improved. I still think that the overall cost was too high with respect to the services provided. Also the hotel was closed on Monday morning and I had to wait up to 2 pm to leave my luggage.

Overall good (except internet)

Liked: The room was exceptionally good and beyond expectations along with fairly equipped Kitchen. In fact I was never expecting a seperate kitchen. However with the one it delighted me. I really liked it too much. Also the location of Hotel is fantastic. It is very close to Hauptbahnhof so very easy to reach anywhere.
Disliked: Internet Connection - Since I was on the business travel therefore it was very important to have a good internet connection. In this hotel internet was not good. In my three days stay I had to rely on my mobile Hotspot. This was really affecting my purpose of trip.

Liked: Lovely hotel with such great staff, would give them 11 out of 10 for friendliness and helpfulness. Fantastic breakfast. Comfy bed, good shower.
