Liked: Very pleasant stay and fabulous location!
Disliked: I certainly didn’t like the waterproof mat in my bed, makes you feel too warm at night. I didn’t like the atmosphere in the breakfast area…. not a warm welcoming and not much attention to be paid by the staff.

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the location was quiet and close enough to the old town. And it was easy to take a bus from the hotel to the Wieliczka salt mine and the airport. The room was cozy and spacious.
Disliked: Everything was good

Fantastic hotel for a city...

Liked: The staff are incredible, so unbelievably helpful and kind. We had an issue with a trip we had booked separately and they worked really hard to help us fix it as well as being so friendly in every interaction. The room it's self was huge, we had a large bed and a sofa area in our room which we weren't expecting! It was so so clean too, our shower door came off the hinge and that was fixed immediately by the staff. The room is cleaned daily and topped up with bottles of water and fresh towels which was great. The breakfast is basic but fine. They had a small selection of cooked breakfast, fruit and lots of cheeses and meats as well as croissants and toast. It's nothing spectacular but it was more than enough to start the day. The hotel location is outside of the centre BUT it's only a 13 min walk from the hotel to the old town square and you get gorgeous views of the river on the walk so it's really not an issue at all. There's a corner shop just outside the hotel that was great for late night snacks etc and a cash machine which was ideal. Overall a brilliant hotel for our long weekend trip.
Disliked: The only downside of this hotel was the pillows on the bed, they were very thin, but if that's the only downside of a hotel, honestly you're on to a winner
