Liked: Exceptionally friendly staff.Great location.Reasonably priced.
Disliked: Room didn’t live up to expectations from the online pictures.We must have misread when we booked because we did think our stay included breakfast.

Disliked: Noisy on stairs - thin floor covering. Poor insulation between rooms- could hear people talking in room next door

Liked: Location to city centre and communication , welcoming reception .
Disliked: Room was in the basement and unfortunately not as clean as would expect . bathroom shower dirty , cobwebs and bedding did not smell freshly laundered.

I wouldn't stay here again

Liked: Close to the centre, easy access to restaurants and main attractions. Good comfy bed. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The cleanliness left much to be desired, hairs everywhere, the mugs and teaspoons were dirty, the toilet holder fell off and the blinds were broken, we had to roll it up and down by hand.The room was small, more like a corridor than anything else . It's definitely overpriced.

Liked: Great location. Good price BUT is a budget hotel. Staff very friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Noise at night constantly from others moving around (there are shared toilets & bathrooms) & then random knocking somewhere in the building. The room layout for en suite is weird, where the toilet is in an area off the bedroom but with full glass doors either side. Some frosted glass in the internal door but no privacy & sliding door to tne communal outside area has a large blind. Strange conversion & it was really warm in December with no heating on so it will get really hot in summer as you can't ventilate. Ok for a couple of nights if on a budget.
