Liked: Everything satisfactory.
Disliked: Revolving door entrance didn't work and glass shelf in shower not obvious. Banged my head on it. But minor matters.

An enjoyable stay, wouldn’t hesitate...

Liked: On arrival we felt like we were going to a top class hotel, the staff were really friendly and welcoming, we had a bath rather than just a shower in our room which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Disliked: Outside the hotel looked magnificent, inside was slightly dated but still had the wow factor. For the price we paid we had no complaints whatsoever.

Liked: We stayed two nights either side of a local bike race the strath puffer. Night one was a basic double and while a little old and scruffy it was clean. Night two was a much nicer room and we were granted early access as we had been awake for nearly two days by that point. It was a lovely stay with lovely staff and the facilities were just what we needed.

Liked: The staff were very helpful. Bar had good selection of beers.
Disliked: We booked a twin room (restless sleeper before cycle event). Was clean but dismal, we were shown a couple more twin rooms which were much the same. Friends who booked double rooms had lovely rooms.

Brilliant stay on a stormy...

Liked: Booked this hotel as a stop off on the way to Ullapool for ferry, the night we stayed was during a weather warning with rain, and lord did it rain, from check in to check out it was great. We left early to catch ferry mainly for any issues on the roads with the rain and snow was expected. so I can't comment on breakfast as we missed it due to weather, but personally I would say its well worth the money, and the bar staff was amazing, my grandson wanted a mars bar what they didn't sell, she came back with a selection box, I will always remember this hotel as its the first place I managed to split the G (if you know you know) overall great stay and I would recommend and I would go back
