Liked: Everything you need when away for the weekend. Clean warm and quiet.
Disliked: The bed was a bit too small....we're used to a king size bed at home and to be fair in most other hotels (fully accepting this was a B&B therefore smaller bed) ..... this seemed to be a really small double but comfortable with lovely sheets etc

Liked: I got a free upgrade as i was the only 1 staying at the guest house when i arrived & the host was friendly and helpful with his knowledge of the island

Everything we needed it to...

Liked: Allan was an incredible host. He provided us with hiking poles before going up Goatfell, as well as providing breakfast half an hour earlier than his usual times, so that we could have it before out ferry back. As such, he really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The view from the room was also a stunning one of Goatfell (even in February!)

Liked: I would never recommend this place to anyone
Disliked: I can't believe that a proprietor of a guest house can make up so much lies just because I complained about not getting breakfast!. Hes clearly a very childish man with a problem.I'm so glad we visited the local pub, where we discovered his reputation exceeds him.! Apparently no-one locally, will go near him.We took photos of the room as we were leaving as my instincts told me, he was trouble. I was proved right.

Great breakfast, clean and comfy.

Liked: Allan (the host) was sociable, very proactive with correspondance and timely with breakfast. It was amazing, hot, plentiful and tasty.
Disliked: Water pressure was a little low in the sink taps, but workable (all VG if this is all I have as an improvement).
