Liked: Was clean and tidy and reasonable. No lift all stairs
Disliked: The windows were old and very thin could hear so much at night. But was a decent hotel to stay in.

It was okay

Liked: The location of the hotel was excelent. The room for 3 was big enough for us to not feel cramped. The bathroom felt new.
Disliked: - The mattresses were made of jelly - which doesn't help when the idea of a hotel is to sleep.- Only 1 towel per person.- They didn't ask for any documentation upon arrival and we had to leave the key before going out everyday - which made us question about the security, since anyone could walk up and ask for any room key?

A nice stay but with...

Liked: Overall, I had a nice stay at this hotel. Staff I met were friendly. The location of the hotel in Paddington is very convenient, and in a peaceful area. The room was comfortable. My only grumbles would be that the breakfast ending at 9.00am was too early, especially as it was a Sunday, and the clocks had gone forward by one hour. So, I didn’t rise for it. Check-out was also early at 10.30am. The wash basin in the room was on the small side, and with the glass shelf above, did not make it easy to use. The shower was good. I slept well.

Central London Stay

Liked: Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Needed to change my room due to injury and it was done instantly by the reception staff. The location was easy to access as very close to Paddington Train and Tube stations.
Disliked: I came for breakfast at 8.55 and was turned away as the staff member said that the kitchen was close but she did offer to make a takeaway breakfast for me. I think the one hour breakfast slot is too short.

Superb

Liked: The family room had plenty of storage, bathroom was clean as was the room itself and the bedding. The juliette balcony was a nice extra. Location was 10/10. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: We didn't really stay long enough to find anything we didn't like.

Perfect Location Ideal for a...

Liked: I stayed for one night in a standard double room on the first floor. The room was clean tidy and warm. The hotel is located a moments walk from Paddington, a Tesco Express and Greggs is around the corner, three pubs within spitting distance. You can just hear the rumble of the tube trains which I loved, its not loud so wont keep you awake. I didn't have breakfast at the property but it was only £7.50 for a full English which is good price.
Disliked: Towels are really small and thin, luckily I'm a petite person but it wouldn't have fit around an average size person. There was no hot water to shower with, it was tepid at best. There is no lift here so if you're travelling with heavy bags or multiple bags be prepared to climb flights of stairs.

Nice, convenient and good.

Liked: The location was perfect for all my business meetings and it was really easy to get to from Paddington Station.
Disliked: The heating was on, I like to be hot but to be able to regulate the temperature would be nice. At points the room was too hot.
