Disliked: Stairs of a Victorian house :).

Disliked: sorry but it was quite dirty, the sheets had hairs from the previous customer. in the evening they called the calofifer and I had to leave a day before my departure I was too cold and they didn't care...

Disliked: Hello,My recent stay at Belvedere Hotel in London was disappointing, to say the least. Upon entering my room, I noticed several cleanliness issues that made my stay far from comfortable. The room was dirty, with dust and grime on the walls, and the windows had mold in the corners. A cold draft came through the windows, making the room unpleasantly chilly.It was clear that the mirror hadn’t been cleaned properly, and to my surprise, some of the towels even had old makeup stains on them. Additionally, there was a lack of consistency between the room’s actual appearance and the photos online, which led to a very misleading impression.I reported these issues to the staff twice and requested they be addressed, but unfortunately, no action was taken during my stay. The lack of response and attention to basic hygiene standards was disappointing and left a poor impression.

Disliked: Decent place to stay, all worked out very easily. Only issue: its quiet loud, you hear other guest talking and the subway passing by.

Liked: I selected the location order to be near Paddington Station.
Disliked: The room was very small. Bathroom, shower, and sink all small. They did not give us fresh towels and soap on one of our days there.

Liked: Really helpful staff who allowed me to leave my suitcase there in the morning before I checked in. Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the station.
