Liked: Our room was clean and the decor was nice. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. Good view from the 16th floor. Elevator was fine. I asked for a quiet room and I got one, thank you. I used the shampoo, lotion etc and appreciated having them. I liked the location of the Hotel. We could walk to most places we wanted to see and plenty of shops and restaurants near by.
Disliked: It was a two person reservation but only one chair. Someone had to sit uncomfortably on the bed. The bathroom walls streamed with moisture after showers, had to always wipe off the mirror to use it. I am a senior and my feet slipped several times in the shower until I put one of the washcloths on the tub floor to anchor one of my feet. I did not fall but came close. One towel rod was not adequate for two people. I look forward to several morning cups of coffee. I had a cup of the hotel coffee but it was a disappointment. Just did not taste good and I know you could do better than those pitiful snack bars.

Liked: Location is the only one thing I can say was good. And probably coffee can be rated as ok that's rare for US. That's it.
Disliked: Lighting in the room and in the bathroom is really poor. Hotel is noisy. You can hear both as people from another rooms as all loud sounds from the street. After the first night I asked for a warm blanket and staff bring something that looks more like old sheet rather than a blanket. Cleaning is not good, stand lamps are covered with dust, you can easily find someone's hairs in your bed. The room description says there is a kitchenette in the room. Yes, there was a microwave and a small sink. However there WASN'T any dishes, or flatware, or even mugs. I'd rather prefer to have a few mugs and a kettle especially because coffee and tea in the lobby available only in the morning. For my opinion hotel is totally overpriced.

Liked: Great location, 5 minutes from Time Square and Broadway. Large, very clean room with awesome shower. A very good place to have as our base for a NYC holiday. Would stay there again!
