Lovely hotel. Excellent value.
Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean, with a view over the golf course. We appreciated the complimentary mini-bar and nespresso machine. We also really liked the pool and jacuzzi. Restaurant was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Air conditioner/heater was a bit noisy, but this was not a serious problem.

Great for golfers, F&B massively...
Liked: The refurbished restaurant and bar area were very modern and fresh feeling, but cold - the whole hotel definitely lacked a cosy feel. People sat round in coats in the bar area.
Disliked: The bedrooms were very tired: the swimming pool, changing rooms and swimming areas were well over due a freshen up. The F&B let the hotel down massively. The food was totally average and not reflective of the cost. The breakfast was embarrassing with how many empty dishes there were laying around waiting to be replenished, I waited 15 minutes for the the Greek yogurt to be refilled and asked 3 members of staff, all of which looked totally uninterested. The water melon came out a dozen pieces a time which went instantly with the long line of people waiting for it, then it was another long wait for the next load. The staff were stressed and running round, often very snappy and no time to deal with query’s. I heard another customer asking why they only bought out a small tray of fried eggs very occasionally, she had been waiting ages and her breakfast was now cold and suggested more egg options would alleviate the amount of people waiting, the member of staff ignored her completely every time she repeated herself it was cringe… it was a post Christmas break and they run out of Baileys, they also ran out of Oat Milk, and the Cocktails come ready made in a carton. Such a shame, for the cost of the accommodation, which wasn’t cheap for 2 nights, we didn’t feel like we had luxuriated at all here, not one bit.
