Disliked: Had one hot shower out of the 5 nights I staye. Told the front desk multiple times. When I checked out the gentleman at the front desk didnt seemed concerned that I was displeased.

Liked: I was able to get a good price on a good room quickly at the last minute.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The linens and towels were high end and comfortable. We at at 19 steak and seafood and had a very nice dinner. Our server Nikki was fabulous and full of positive energy. Lovely dinner.
Disliked: Paper cups and glasses are used in the room. They have not switched back to glassware. The hotel charges a resort fee. However, they do not offer free coffee in the lobby most resorts do. Pool was a bit cloudy and the area was showing its age.
