Liked: met two members of staff, one very polite and nice, the day shift staff.the night shift staff was not interested in providing a hospitality service.
Disliked: no tea or coffee in the room, needed water late at night and did not have change, the staff on duty did not do anything to help.needed to stay an extra night I changed to the hotel next door Kyriad, welcoming staff and good size room with all the facilities.
