Enjoyable.

Liked: Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff
Disliked: The room was too hot, and there was no air conditioning. We had to sleep with window open and there was a lot of noise from the airport.

Good hotel

Liked: Rooms really comfortable. Great beds and pillows. Super friendly staff.The restaurant was quite good with a nice range of options for different tastes.
Disliked: The location is ok. We do recommend though using the hotel shuttle, we were going to center of Milan and rather than taking the shuttle back to the airport we ordered a taxi, and the price was super expensive, as the taxi charges from where it gets booked (hence airport) doubling the cost of the trip to the airport.
