Liked: The staff and breakfast.
Disliked: The entrance needs upgrading outside. The lifts need upgrading, the classic rooms are old, bathrooms old, the shower head worked badly the pipe was all mouldy. The AC was off and I felt hot. The mattress needs changing. The frigobar was empty. Given water just on day one.

Liked: The breakfast was fresh and the staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The bus service was amazing, especially for guests who don’t have a car and need to get to the metro station back and forth.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned properly and it seamed like the window was not opened in a long time. The air inside was not fresh. We found a few bugs on the curtains. Not very pleasant. We did not receive any slippers in the room. You can also hear the neighbours and doors closing all the time. Overall it was not the best stay, but for the three days we spend here it was enough.
