"Good priced stay"

Liked: Lovely comfortable beds and pillows, great space between the lounge and bedroom, ensuite. The lounge had a single bed, TV, good place to chill, watch a movie, and down a couple of ales. The bedroom had a sliding door, a TV, a double, and a single bed to relax, watch a movie, watch channels, or get some peace and quiet.
Disliked: There are minimum utensils and cutlery for three: a small pot for vegetables, a non-stick frying pan with a small-sized fridge. Shower pressure and toiletries A+. Owner Alex was pleasant. I would stay again for the price. Christchurch Centre is a 15-minute walk away. Overall...nice!

Great location, has everything you...

Liked: The upstairs suites were very nice, airy and modern. Great location close to the city.
Disliked: Outside areas look old. The reception area smells and is old. Could do with a lick of paint, plants and a welcoming warm vibe that don’t look like it’s stuck in the 80’s. Rooms 16 and 17 kitchen benches and cupboards could be upgraded.
