Unique and relaxing

Liked: If you’re looking for a tailored experience and want something different than a corporate cookie cutter hotel, this is the place for you. Quiet setting in a cool older building. Staff are very respectful and responsive. Every need taken care of and many you didn’t know you had. The breakfasts were wonderful and perfect for a foodie. The afternoon tea was an unexpected addition that was a perfect pick me up after exploring the city all day.
Disliked: Nothing

Best place we have stayed...

Liked: Breakfast menu was fantastic, bar was great, room was beautiful and romantic. Staff was amazing, I loved running into them. I can’t wait to go back! Close enough to walk everywhere but not right on top of the tourists on Bay and Broughton Streets.
Disliked: Parking was a little confusing, still not sure if we parked in the right place, but no issues so we are happy!

Disliked: Breakfast, over 45 minutes wait. Everyday we stayed was about 45 minute wait for the breakfast.
