Disliked: Could do with upgrading the TV didn't work in my room which I reported but nobody bothered to look at it during the day.

Disliked: The location was okay but I thought it would be more rural. We also found people who’d paid a lot less than us for their stay

Good value forest stay

Liked: Very good value, friendly and helpful staff and lovely surroundings, close to the Forest but only 5 minutes walk from the town centre.

Poor nights sleep in an...

Liked: The room had dirty socks in the bathroom and one of the lamps did not have a bulb in which was frustrating. The breakfast was low quality and communication from staff was poor. No staff to be found when we arrived, then we were ignored before being asked “what do you want?”. Lots of things had run out and when we enquired, we were told “you have arrived at a bad time” as if it was our fault.
