Liked: There for a family funeral The breakfast buffet was plentiful, hot well cooked. However this was served in a separate building across the car park in the golf clubhouse.
Disliked: Initial surly, rude unhelpful reception staff. Their attitude continued throughout our stay. Not a great welcoming reaction. The accommodation needed a refurb, dated, shabby and cramped.members of our party in the single occupancy wing the decor needed painting and rooms were mouldy.

Disliked: Hotel rooms were tired and old corridors that needed cleaning.Bathroom was mouldyCould hear absolutely everything happening in nextdoor bedroom and bathroom.Hotel reception staff were quite rude and snappy wanting the door closed yet not allowing time for an older gentleman with mobility issues to get through the door before shouting at guests to close the door, during checkout when everyone was exiting with suitcases.

Liked: Everything was brilliant although the golffing community do dominate the bar TV choice!!
Disliked: The buffet style breakfast room was well set out but all the food could be hotter!
