Comfortable and clean

Liked: Very Close to base
Disliked: Pool closed which was one of the primary reasons I choose the property !! Very disappointed bc we stayed a day later to hang out at the pool

Liked: I enjoyed my stay very much. My room was very clean and all staff we very friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was very blan. Not a big deal because they had fruit available.

Not a very good experience!

Liked: A/C did not work in room. House keeping only went once to provide the a with clean towels. Room never cleaned once. Pillows smelled like old people and dust.

Disliked: No elevator but will stay again.

The Bell was great for...

Liked: So many pluses; the location was great, close to stores, eateries and Fort Leonard Wood. Staff was friendly, helpful and always available. Really liked the availability of a store 24/7, laundry room, a free video library, and dining room for hot chocolate, etc. during the day or night and breakfast buffet. Our room had a separate bunk room with second TV for kids.
Disliked: The indoor pool was not available avail for use and that was an important reason we chose the Bell. Due to weather my 12 year old son was limited to playing in powdered snow, which is not good for snowman construction. Also a DVD player in the bunk room would have been a plus, while the adults watched movies on DVD in other room.
