The location is simply unbeatable,...

Liked: The room was huuuuge - try living in your own castle! Superb master bed and alright sofa bed - ok for the kids.Very quiet, we had a great night of sleep. Right next to the Vatican-Fiumicino bus stop, so saves a lot of trouble.
Disliked: the second bedroom is directly connected with the bathroom - so hard to use if someone is sleeping. But with old buildings little can be done about it, thus not a minus, but a thing to consider.

Very good

Liked: Great localisation, 15 minutes walk from the Vatican, Piazza Navona or Piazza del Popolo. Site was always clean, smelled nice. The room was quite spacious and very silent, even with windows open you couldn't feel like being in the center of big city.

Liked: The location, cleanliness and staff were all amazing.
Disliked: Unfortunately the room we had the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pull out lounges were barely suitable for our 5 year old.

Liked: The building is very cool, accommodations were great, the espresso machine, walking distance from the Vatican, restaurants, mini-markets, gelato shops, and a short bus ride to other sites. Staff was extremely helpful and nice.
Disliked: Could not think of anything we did not like.
