Liked: The location was fantastic, with excellent parking. We were there for the St. Patrick's Day parade, which is always mobbed. The area was beautiful and was in perfect walking distance to where we started the parade and the waterfront. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast area was very inviting. The breakfast was ok, and the bench seat could use a little more cushion, but overall, it was a very nice atmosphere. The cafe three doors down where you check in was also very pleasant, with great food. I would stay here again. One other family had a son with mobility issues, so know that there is no elevator if you have mobility issues. But otherwise, it was very charming, and we enjoyed relaxing on the front porch at the end of the day. I would also suggest having some nighttime tea or coffee decaf options for relaxing on the porch at the end of the day. I would stay here again.

A wonderful way to experience...

Liked: Everything was set up in a very convenient way. The room was not huge but plenty comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. There was safe parking in back. The building is conveniently located somewhat close to shops and restaurants. Convenient for walking. There was a coffee station on the main floor and a delicious breakfast every day.
Disliked: I can’t think of a single thing.

Liked: Clean. Quiet. Great location. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in had issues with the thermostat. The thermostat controls the heat for the suite and is in the master bedroom. The master always remained chilly while the other rooms were very warm. The window in the master suite facing Kay Street, had a loose frame of some kind and the 40 mph wind whipped through constantly during the two frigid nights we were there causing a banging sound constantly. Other than these two situations, we had a good time and the suite is nice.

Liked: Exceptional staff and customer service. Quaint, cozy atmosphere with delightful customized care including delicious breakfast every morning in an elegant dining room. Close to all that Newport has to offer along with free parking. Much appreciation to Kim!!!
Disliked: The fact that I had to depart after a week long stay.

Disliked: The room was cold and there was no warm water after 5 minutes of showering, at night yesterday and today in the morning.
