Despite the name, a place...

Liked: Location. That's all. Unless you have a fountain fetish.
Disliked: Staff: not friendly at all (but seems to be common in Vegas in these factory type hotels; experienced the same in other places and "palaces"; was proposed an upgrade - apparently a suite "worth more than 1000 USD" for 280 USD. Fine. After a 20 minutes' wait, told that it would only be 180 USD. Sounds great (in theory). Except that it turned out that this was not the same upgrade (no nice view and as admitted later by staff hardly an upgrade in terms of room size). Not a very honest way of dealing with clients. Had to go twice to the reception and keep asking two unhelpful staff. Was also overcharged; and resort fees (45 USD) not clearly mentioned upfront. At he end, a very snobbish place I will never return to.

Overall a good visit

Liked: Alex the front desk manager after I had an issue with the smell of the sink in the bathroom and no housekeeping for days. He immediately made it right.
Disliked: First room location and no housekeeping.
