Liked: Our only disappointment with the Bellagio was the smoke and the smell of drugs. We wanted to have a go on the tables but could not cope with inhaling all the fumes and the haze of the smoke spoils what is a beautiful hotel ☹️☹️☹️

Would stay again and again.

Liked: It was so close to the strip, the perfect location and the facilities were absolutely incredible. The hotel had everything you could possibly want.
Disliked: The smoking in the casino and the staff member who checked us in was rude.

Liked: Location and professionalism . Concierges were particularly good.
Disliked: The shower hot water didn’t work. It was luke warm almost all the time. Once it was relatively cool. I asked for it to be fixed but whatever they did didn’t work. C’mon….for that room price you should get hot water.

Liked: The comfort of the room, the security that kept us safe & pool area was quite luxurious. The staff were very attentive.
Disliked: No coffee machines machine in the room. Buying coffee from the hotel was expensive. The fridge was electronically controlled nothing could be moved before it was charged to the room. The restort tax was $55 dollars per pay which wasn't explained when I booked with bookin.com

Liked: The staff were fantastic, helped us out with a day pass so we could shower before our flight, as it was way after check out. The casino is not the best, its a bit boring.We loved COMO
Disliked: The shower is a joke, one of the worst showers Ive ever taken.
