Liked: Very nice full English plenty of it, liked the little touches, walking sticks by the front door dog leads also. Room was beautiful and gorgeous sea view.

relaxed, enjoyable and cant wait...

Liked: the host was lovely and welcoming, very friendly messages prior to arrival, clear instructions and information given on arrival. the room was clean and warm and the view was fantastic. We stayed for breakfast, excellent value, and was very filling. A great stay, really made the trip more special.
Disliked: nothing, was pleased all round

Liked: Excellent location, close to the centre and Llandudno pier. Staff were friendly and the property had free WiFi. Unfortunately there was a lot of dust especially on the headboard. The lighting fixture was also mouldy.

Excellent location, needs a couple...

Liked: The location was excellent and I was kindly offered a place to park around the back of the hotel (which was tight but doable). We were offered plates and cutlery when we came back with fish and chips, which was really thoughtful. We loved having a living area to use in the family room and I hadn't realised that the 3rd bed was in a room of its own.The shower screen in the family room had been screwed into place so couldn't close, which was a shame as the shower was the most powerful I've ever encountered. Sadly I couldn't use it properly as I didnt want to wet the whole bathroom. The mattresses were a bit lumpy and could do with being replaced and there was a general smell of cigarettes.Overall it was good value for money in an excellent location.
