Liked: The room was very clean and included a comfortable bed, well located tv, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, and ac/ heater. Problem with showerhead fixed upon request. I reserved the room and asked for an upstairs bedroom given a downstairs room bummer

Liked: Great personal service at the front desk, and the rooms are neat and tidy.
Disliked: It is small enough to feel safe and secure, but big enough to get what you need.

Liked: Adorable building, cozy and clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing downtown location!
Disliked: Cleaning staff was a bit noisy in the mornings.

Disliked: The pillows were already very flat and were not very comfortable. I did not like the bed because the metal frame on the base made it very easy to trip, and during the night, every time you turned over, it made a noise.

Clean hotel, but horrible parking...

Liked: The staff was excellent. Very friendly and nice. The room was clean and there was plenty of towels. The bed was clean and smelled fresh when I pulled back the sheets. There was plenty of hot water.
Disliked: The room overlooked a alley and there was someone coughing all night across from my room. There is not enough parking for all of the rooms. I had to go to a dinner for work and came back to no parking. I had to park on the street, outside of the room. When I went to check out in the morning, there was still no parking. Honestly, that was really uncomfortable for a single female in a strange place. Randomly in the middle of the night, there was knocking that woke me up and was really weird. A couple odd things, only decaf coffee in my room and the tv was hanging lopsided and would not straighten. My windows opened, but the locks were broken in the bathroom and one of the windows in the room would not stay up.
