Great motel in Ballarat

Liked: Great sized room. Staff were very helpful. Very clean and well equipped. Always stay here if weu can.
Disliked: Rear access parking was a bit of a squeeze due to a large car we had to get past.

Disliked: Entry door mat needed cleaning. Ashtray outside door left full of cigarette butts. Garden areas need an upgrade - leaves swept up, weeds removed etc.

Liked: Spacious rooms, extremely comfortable and very quiet. Good nights sleep. Staff at check in was very friendly and professional and I appreciated the call to check that we would be checking in prior to reception closing. Also appreciated that the room had been prepared for our arrival with the heater on
Disliked: It’s a little dated but overall very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again
