Liked: Location is good and staff provided us room on ground floor to accommodate us with baby
Disliked: 1) There are no lifts and even main entrance only has stairs so with buggy it was little challenging to enter2) Room needs repairing as carpet near heater and bathroom is little hallow and I tripped multiple times3) Bathroom dustbin was broken4) Bathroom Wash basin was blocked and water was clearing very slowly.

Disliked: I tried to took a shower at night and the water was not hotMaybe invest on the bedroom itself - remove carpets for a start; our curtain was damaged and I believe the window was not entirely closing

Excellent service.

Liked: Staff were excellent, incredibly helpful and friendly. Being able to park the car on site, in central London was a huge bonus.
Disliked: Room cleanliness

Liked: 1- Most important aspect was the location. Although it was not in the center but the oval station was at a walking distance, in addition to several bus stations all around, which makes it a lot easy to navigate and go wherever you needed.2- The staff was amazing, everyone is so nice and helpful and respectful.3- Breakfast (paid) was basic for what one could need to start their day. Of course it will not be fancy because this is what you are paying for.4- The room was not that spacious but it fit us two and was enough. it even had a desk, a kettle with coffee and tea, a tv, a safe, a closet to hang your clothes, a hairdryer and shower gel in the bathroom.5- Room service was free and daily which is very convenient. Towels are changed every time6- Heating system was turned on automatically by the hotel so the room was always warm7- The water pressure in the shower was great
Disliked: Nothing really except for some broken window handles.we really enjoyed our stay and i would come back again the next time i visit London
