Liked: Staff friendliness
Disliked: The room setup was disappointing: no bedside chargers, a broken heat control system that kept the room too hot, a non-working hairdryer, and soap that irritated the skin. The TV was small, the kettle wasn’t very clean, only one key card was provided (though there is 24-hour reception), and the view from the window overlooked a scrapyard.

Clean, friendly staff and adequate...

Liked: I didn’t stay here long enough however it was adequate for what I needed.Staff were nice but the windows in my room didn’t close properly so I had a lot of outside noise.This is a budget hotel which is fine for staying the night in London.It’s clean and the room was presentable.It’s good value for the price I paid.
Disliked: The noise because of the window and I couldn’t get the TV to work but I spent all of 7 hours in my room.

Liked: Clean spacious room, nice staff. Subway close. Tv was good, maybe missed some sports.
Disliked: Window didnt open, no elevator. Worst is the sight from outside, could look a lot nicer.
