Clean but old.

Liked: The staff were very nice. Had to change rooms due to the fridge having old cheese and what smelt like spilt milk in it. The rooms were clean although looking tired.Next door to Woolies metro and take away which was handy.
Disliked: The rooms and hallways could do with updating. Crockery and cutlery were a real mish-mash of bits and pieces. Looked old and ready for retirement. Only 2 coat hangers.

Liked: The room was a good size. The TV remote did not work. The door safety latch was broken. There was no safe in the room for secure storage of valuables.

The worst ever, after resting...

Liked: Very big space.
Disliked: No view, no dish washing paste, even after requesting it, no fresh towels delivered, but they kept saying that they will bring it. Staff were very rude, when asked directions, clearly they were over worked.Very expensive but not good service.

Liked: Location, check in and check out.
Disliked: I booked an apartment for myself. Then rang to request another bed for my grandchild. I ended up with an eight bed apartment that I was then charged an extra $200.the large apartment only had one face washer, no dish cloth and no washing liquid. Toilet had paper in the bottom of the bowl with the clean tape over it........plenty of room for improvement.

Liked: Cheap and easy location for things we needed. Simple stuff that works
Disliked: Have stayed many times before but this time wasn’t great quality. Upon entering room could see dirty sock from previous guest under window which makes you wonder about cleaning. Shower pressure was terrible and hard to get soap off body
