Liked: Greta Location, hot showers, size of room. Overall most staff friendly and helpful. Heaps of restaurants and a supermarket close by. Quieter side of Paris but very easy.
Disliked: Bed was a little hard for me but my husband didn’t mind it. Asked for no house keeping and had sign up and they came and did room. One staff member was abrupt. The concept of giving key to reception when going out wasforeign to us and we didn’t like or understand why. No explanation was given. The complimentary tea/coffee was nice however the provision of milk would have given a better rating .. the little touches count.
