Liked: The location is extraordinary, and the area is safe, with easy access to app taxis.The restaurant area is magnificent.

Exceptional

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable and the included breakfast was also excellent.
Disliked: Location was a bit far from the sites but it was steps away from the transit system.

Liked: breakfast was nice, rooms were comfortable, situation was very good
Disliked: Klima automatic did not work in the room and it was really hard to sleep, did not had any fresh air. They tryed several times to start it but then smiled and left again. Very polite :)

Ideal and comfortable stay for...

Liked: Even though not all the staff spoke English so well, everyone there was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and quite comfortable. Everything is within walking distance - cafes, supermarket, bank and metro bus station. The location is therefore great.
Disliked: The food was rather average compared to what was on offer in the restaurant inside - I would have liked more cooked/grilled vegetables in the morning or evening and bigger cups for tea. I tended to find it too cold in all the rooms and the loud music in the dining room shouldn't have been there. But these are minor points...just to improve :)

Very nice hotel, but rooms...

Liked: Ovation was great and breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: You cannot control the air conditioning in your room and it was so hot. We had to go buy a fan. We would not stay here again because of this.
