It was good.

Liked: The location was super good, the included breakfast was delicious and the whole team was very friendly.
Disliked: The hand soap was empty and the shampoo the same, in some hotels they offer and even toothpaste and not here. The sink has a slow drainage system and it is uncomfortable because everything splashes.

2/5 days were very uncomfortable

Liked: Breakfast was excellent with plenty of varieties. Coffee was not good, but everything else was great. The room looked clean but there were some items in the floor behind the desk from the previous people. It’s obvious that housekeeping didn’t do a thorough job. There was a layer of dust in the counter behind the beds. To toiletry was minimal and we had half the regular amount of towels. The worse part was the air conditioning that didn’t work the first two days. We didn’t sleep well. It ended up after several tries that the tablet , that you don’t see since it was black and between the beds, was the the way you turn the air condition on/ off, was not connected to the internet and it took a long time to fix the problem. If they fix these issues, the hotel would have been better
