Super close to Market Street dining and shopping. Clean; lobby is beautiful and boutique-like; parking garage is attached. Very pleasant and, for San Francisco, priced fairly. It was what I expected from a Holiday Inn Resort.

Disliked: No mini fridge; bed was way too firm for me; a bit noisy, but they give earplugs.

Liked: Everyone that I encountered (staff) at the hotel were very professional, friendly, and willing to help. The lobby was kept clean at all times.
Disliked: None.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you are going to see a concert at the Civic Center. Clean; cheery, helpful, friendly staff; good price; well decorated room; comfy bed and pillows. Convenient location.

Disliked: Stains on carpets. Basic rooms. Told to part my car in overflow as taller than height of hotel car park. Unable to get car out in the morning. Staff didn't know who to call or how to sort out.

Liked: Great location for our needs going to symphony. Ease of accessing public transportation to / from airport and trolley to wharf couldn’t be better
