Super close to Market Street dining and shopping. Clean; lobby is beautiful and boutique-like; parking garage is attached. Very pleasant and, for San Francisco, priced fairly. It was what I expected from a Holiday Inn Resort.

Disliked: No mini fridge; bed was way too firm for me; a bit noisy, but they give earplugs.

Liked: Everyone that I encountered (staff) at the hotel were very professional, friendly, and willing to help. The lobby was kept clean at all times.
Disliked: None.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you are going to see a concert at the Civic Center. Clean; cheery, helpful, friendly staff; good price; well decorated room; comfy bed and pillows. Convenient location.

Disliked: Internet was down all night when called and asked if it was up at 7am they said yes and found out the controller was also not working. Was told batteries would be brought up to switch out….. it never happened and we checked out at 11 . So not once was able to enjoy watching tv during our stay .

Disliked: The telephone didn't work. the air conditioner/heater cover was just laying askew on the unit. A light provided on the right side of the headboard didn't work.

Atmosphere was cold & impersonal

Disliked: No Bar No Food Shower nonfunctional, bath only. Hot water wasn't

Disappointing

The staffing was great.

Liked: I actually love the amount of parking they offer as well as it being secured parking in a garage. The outside building and lobby looks really nice and inviting. Nice views from the room big windows!
Disliked: Parking to check in is odd, not enough space. I didn’t like that the room wasn’t as nice as the lobby. Stained carpet, beds too low to the ground. Bathroom looks old, lot of cracks on the walls. (Can’t attach photos/videos for some reason.)
