BEI San Francisco Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Super close to Market Street dining and shopping. Clean; lobby is beautiful and boutique-like; parking garage is attached. Very pleasant and, for San Francisco, priced fairly. It was what I expected from a Holiday Inn Resort.

Disliked: No mini fridge; bed was way too firm for me; a bit noisy, but they give earplugs.

Liked: Everyone that I encountered (staff) at the hotel were very professional, friendly, and willing to help. The lobby was kept clean at all times.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Clean; comfortable beds and pillows; nice lounge and great, friendly staff.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you are going to see a concert at the Civic Center. Clean; cheery, helpful, friendly staff; good price; well decorated room; comfy bed and pillows. Convenient location.

Liked: That all 4 elevators were not working. We were staying on the 14th floor and everyone in the the hotel had to share 1 service elevator
Disliked: That the parking lot was dirty/smell strong like urine and only service elevator working took 35 minutes to get to our room from the parking garage

Liked: Nice location and professional, helpful stuff. View is nice, and classy room.
Disliked: Not all elevators worked, so sometimes we’re asked to use service elevator. Carpet is beautiful white, but every single dirt is visible - makes it looks like dirty everywhere. The utilities are quite used.

Disliked: All the Elevators were broken except one service Elevator that took a max of 6 people. I was on the 7th Floor. I and my family waited for about 10 minutes on the only working service elevator that finally came. It was full. We had to carry our suitcases 7 flights. We saw people coming from higher floors on the staircase. I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk about it. He just ignored me without saying anything word. Just took my key card and walked away. Terrible experience. No refridgerator in the room. The sheets looked old.

Liked: Good room comfortable bed, easy to get bus and train.
Disliked: There’s no breakfast, no restroom in the lobby if you intent to use it for work. Only one elevator working for all guests.

Liked: 4 guest elevators and two service elevators and only one service elevator is working the entire weekend?They had elevator problems the last time I stayed there This is just a poor history of sub standard maintenance
